Delivery Services
We highly advise against appointing installers until the products have been received and examined, since we cannot be held liable for any resulting damages.

Tell us your order delivery details at least 7 days in advance.

Ensure the accuracy of your products again on the day of delivery.

On-time delivery at the time of your appointment.
It is critical to inspect the packages for visible damage to the items and sign for your purchase upon delivery. In the unlikely event that you get damaged products or missing items, please make a note of it on the courier's documentation.

Flooring Installation
As flooring installation can be a complex process, we always recommend using the services of one of our professional flooring installers.
We have a team with 25 years of installation experience and install and repair over 1000 houses per year.
Our installers may come to your house to assess the state of your original flooring and subfloor.
Prepare your subfloor if necessary, and precisely instal your new flooring.
And remove & dispose of your old flooring.
Rough or uneven subfloors may require additional material preparation services.

Schedule your carpet installation. ------Once your carpet space has been measured and you have made your final flooring choice, our team will arrange a time to suit your installation. At this stage, your chosen carpet will also be booked to ensure it is available on the correct day.

Carpet installation.------We ask that you remove any furniture from the room and ensure the floor space is clean before our team arrives. Once your new carpet has been laid, our workers will remove any debris and clean up so that you can use the room again as soon as possible.
TD Floors offers a full service from expert advice to free carpet measurements to a professional installation. Once you've chosen the perfect carpet, it's important that you get the right one and don't end up with more than you need.
